By renting to us on a corporate lease, which are usually considerably longer than standard 12 mo. tenant-occupied leases, you eliminate vacancy and turnover costs you normally experience with tenants on a shorter lease.
Rent will ALWAYS be paid on time every month - you will never have an issue with collecting rent from us.
We take care of your property: keeping the property clean and in show-ready condition is essential to our business. The property will be professionally cleaned and maintained between every group of guests to maintain our high standards. Normal tenants truly live in the unit, and will generate more wear and tear on the appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. than short-term guests, who are more likely to spend more time out of the unit than in it. This in turn ensures your resale or rerent value stays competitive should you choose to sell down the road, since your unit will be well taken care of.
