Basic Property Management (6% of monthly/annual rent)

Includes:

• Tenant Screening
• Leases/HOA Applications 
• Rent Collection

Standard Property Management (8% of monthly/annual rent)

Includes everything in the Basic package, plus:

• Coordinate Repairs (Regular or Emergency)
• All Tenant Communications

Premium Property Management (10% of monthly/annual rent)

Includes everything in the Standard package, plus:

• Bill Payment (incl. Monthly Owner Statement)
• Coordinate Cleaning Services (hire, manage and pay out of escrow)
• Coordinate Lawn Care (hire, manage and pay out of escrow)
• Move-in & Move Out Inspections with checklist photos and videos
• Lease renewal included
• Hurricane Tropical Storm preparation (bring in lawn furniture and close hurricane shutters

Additional Services/Add-ons:

• Flat Fee Lease renewals: $300
• Rent Increase Notice: $200
